昨年のパンデミックをきっかけに、家から出れない皆さんのお力になれたらと思い、オンラインにて『ダンスフィットネス』を教え始め、1年が経ちました。
その中、色々なご要望があり、この度、4月から新しいフォーマットクラスを開講する事となりました。
つきましては、3月26日金曜日（日本は27日土曜日朝）に無料のテストモニアルクラスを開講しますので、もしご興味ある方がいらっしゃれば、是非ご参加頂ければと思います。
こちらは音楽に合わせて筋トレを主に、少し有酸素を交えて行う、"全身のコンディショニングクラス"になります。各回メニューは変わります。
👉🏻トレーニング初心者の方には身体を鍛えるキッカケに
👉🏻いつもトレーニングされている方には有酸素運動の代わりになるものに
👉🏻マンション在住の方にはジャンプせずにローインパクトでできるものに
