県事業「男性の育児休業取得促進助成金」のご案内
県内企業に勤務する男性従業員が育児休業を取得した際に、事業主と労働者に対し助成金が交付される制度です。企業が「ハッピー・パートナー企業パパ・ママ子育て応援プラス」の認定を取得している事が条件です。
このたび令和6年度の募集が開始されましたのでご案内します。詳しくは添付のチラシや新潟県ホームページ（https://www.pref.niigata.lg.jp/sec/shigototeijyu/1356865510782.html）をご参照ください。
■制度概要
※事業主が申請する場合と、労働者が申請する場合とで条件が異なります。
【補助対象者】
事業主：常用雇用者が300人以下の「パパ・ママ子育て応援プラス」認定企業
労働者：常用雇用者が300人以下の「パパ・ママ子育て応援プラス」認定企業のうち、県内事業所に勤務する男性労働者
【休業に関する条件】
事業主が申請する場合：従業員に通算14日以上の休業を取得させ、職場復帰させていること。
労働者が申請する場合：通算28日以上の休業を取得し、職場復帰していること。
【助成金額】
事業主：25万円
労働者：5万円
【申請期限】
次のうち、いずれか早い時期までに申請して下さい。
①直近の職場復帰日から２か月以内
②令和7年3月31日
