Incident ①
October 28 （ Monday ） A female child was followed in Nakanoshima Park ・ near the former Nakanoshima Kindergarten in the city.
At approximately 3:00 p.m., a child was playing at Nakanoshima Park when a man who passed her on his way to the park came to the park later, sat on a bench, and stared at her while she was playing.
Around 5:00 p.m., while walking with a friend from the park, the man followed us at a distance of 7 ～ 8 meters. Later, when I separated from my friends near the old Nakanoshima kindergarten and was left alone with the girl, the man further shortened the distance （ to about 3m ）, so I became suspicious and ran inside the building. During that time, I was not approached by anyone.
The suspicious person was described as a male in his 30s, wearing black long sleeves ・ long pants, a white mask, and black rimmed round glasses.

Incident ②
October 30, （ Wednesday ） A female child was approached by a woman near the JA Chosei Mobara branch office in Washu, Mobara City at approximately 3:00 p.m.
Three female children were leaving school when a woman walked behind them and passed them several times. During the several overtaking attempts, the woman called out, "How old are you ？? The woman then sat down on the side of the road and said "goodbye". She did not follow the girls after that.
The suspicious person was described as a foreign looking woman.
