本日（８月12日）、栃木県において熱中症警戒情報が発表されました。
以下の点に気を付けて、熱中症を予防しましょう。
・不要不急の外出は避け、昼夜を問わずエアコン等を使用しましょう。
・高齢者、子ども、障害者等に対して周囲の方々から声掛けをしましょう。
・身の回りの暑さ指数（WBGT）を確認し、行動の目安としましょう。
・のどが渇く前にこまめに水分補給をするなど、普段以上の熱中症予防を実践しましょう。
・熱中症特別警戒情報が発表された日は矢板市指定のクーリングシェルターで暑さをしのぐことが出来ます。当該施設は通常営業も行いますので、周りの方の迷惑にならないように過ごしてください。
