Studied child psychology, education of handicapped children and social welfare at university. After graduation, she worked for an advertising agency as a sales representative and graphic designer. While working as a graphic designer, she also studied psychology at a graduate school.

（ ） IFF ・ CIAP （ Institute for Problems of Addictions ） Harajuku Consultation Room as therapist and assertiveness training teacher. Worked there for 6 years. Tokyo ・ Established a new counseling room in Shibuya, Tokyo, and served as the head main therapist and supervisor for 6 years. In order to provide more specialized counseling, she launched True Resource Counseling Office in Tokyo ・ Ebisu in 2013.

She also utilizes the communication techniques （ that she developed during her business career ） to help people feel comfortable asserting themselves and agreeing with each other in therapy. He has been an instructor of assertiveness training in the day care program and also taught at the ReAdv （ Recovering ・ Advisor ） Training Course, which was very well received.

She has many cases with clients who are considered difficult to treat, such as personality disorders and addictions. He has an established reputation for counseling not only the clients themselves, but also their family members and those around them. He has a proven track record of recovering clients who were considered difficult to recover even at medical institutions, and has earned the trust of many psychiatrists.

With her rich senses and sensitivity, she has the ability to see the essence of a client's problems at a glance and is trusted by many clients.

In 2018, he moved his base to the US and started a new life coach and consulting service for problems in California, USA. As a life coach, she helps her clients look at their self-confidence for a better quality of life, and as a consultant, she has gained the trust of many clients by guiding them on how to deal with various problems and how to solve them.
