都内及び近県において、住宅に押し入り、暴行を加え金品等を奪い取る強盗事件が発生しています。
犯人は事前に、リフォーム業者や水道、ガスの点検業者等を名乗り、検査や点検と称して自宅に上がり込み
・氏名や連絡先等の個人情報
・家族構成
・生活サイクルや在宅時間
等を聞き出し、強盗する家の狙いをつけることもあります。
犯人は
・室内を見て、侵入経路や高級品があるか
・女性、高齢者の一人暮らしか
・在宅時に侵入して金品のありかを脅して聞き出し、効率的に犯行を実行できるか
等を確認していると考えられます。
防犯対策
〇訪問者は自宅には入れず、インターフォンやドア越しで対応する
〇会社名や氏名を聞いた上で、不審に感じたらその場で１１０番通報する
〇在宅時にも玄関や窓は必ず施錠する
〇窓に補助錠や防犯フィルムを取り付ける
