The name of the first restaurant I worked at. My master, the owner of this restaurant, had asked me to take over from him, but I took over the name of the restaurant after he passed away.

I have many years of experience in French cuisine at restaurants and hotels ・ I have also served at wedding receptions. … I was born and raised in Yokohama, and for about half a century I have been aiming to establish a restaurant that is rooted in the community of Izumi （ Koito ） in Kimitsu City, Japan, and that will please everyone ！
