Exercise Board ＋ with DVD, light twists for abs and legs

This is a board that you can use to exercise while watching TV, listening to music, or doing twists and turns （ using its unique shape ） I bought it for around $30 at the time
. Just standing on it tightens the abdominal muscles and thighs, and you can see that even a light twist using both arms works.
It is not a hard exercise, so I could do it easily.
Since it is light, I could put it on the wall or under the sofa and use it while watching TV when needed.

It comes with an exercise DVD. The color is blue.
