■状況
10月30日(水)午後2時30分頃、緑区内の一般宅の固定電話に、区役所職員を名乗る男から、「医療費の還付金が3年間で2万8千円くらいある。10月20日が手続きの期限だったが銀行なら手続きできる」等といった電話がありました。
これは詐欺の前兆電話です。話を続けてしまうと、犯人の指示通りにＡＴＭコーナーへ誘導され、ＡＴＭを操作した結果、犯人にお金を振り込んでだまし取られてしまう可能性があります。
■対策
・電話でお金やキャッシュカードの話が出たらサギ！すぐに電話を切りましょう！
・自宅の固定電話を常に留守番電話設定にしたり、迷惑電話防止装置を取り付けたりしましょう！
・自宅の固定電話を「防犯機能付き電話」に換えれば被害防止に効果的です。
・一人で判断せず、警察や家族に相談しましょう！
