January 10 service impacts

*There will be a very high number of bus trip cancellations on Friday, January 10. Please seek out more frequent routes or make alternate travel plans.* 

King County Metro, community members, riders and transit agencies throughout the region will be gathering to celebrate and remember the life of Transit Operator Shawn Yim, who was killed in the line of duty on December 18.  

Remembrances begin with a 10 a.m. bus and transit vehicle procession through downtown Seattle followed by an 11 a.m. memorial event at Lumen Field Event Center. 

There will be morning and midday bus service cancellations and delays. Sound Transit Link 1 Line and 2 Line services and Water Taxi routes are expected to operate regular schedules.
