～知らない番号の電話には出ない！～
■状況
10月1日名東区内の複数のご家庭の固定電話に「あなたの携帯電話から迷惑メールが数百回発信されている」「迷惑メールを止めるには被害届を北海道の札幌警察に出さなければいけない」「北海道は遠いので、あなたに代わって手続きをし『迷惑メール受信証明発行書』を発行する」「以後はコミュニケーションアプリで連絡をしたい」などといった詐欺の電話がかかりました。
■対策
・詐欺の犯人は様々な人物を名乗りダマそうとします。自宅の固定電話を【常時留守番電話設定にする】【被害防止機能付き電話機に変更する】などし、犯人と直接会話をしないようにしましょう。
・警察官がコミュニケーションアプリなどで連絡を取ったり、逮捕状を送ることはありません。
・国際電話番号使用による詐欺被害防止のため、固定電話での海外との通話が不要な方は無償で休止することができます。詳しくは【国際電話不取扱受付センター】か、名東警察署生活安全課生活安全第一係までお問い合わせください。
