■電話の内容
・「累積医療費の還付金があります。」
・「封筒を送りましたが、届いていますか？」
・「どちらの銀行をお使いですか？」
・「後で〇〇銀行から電話があるのでお待ちください。」
・「還付金を受け取るのに手数料がかかりますが、口座開設から５年以上たって、かつ残高が５０万円以上であれば無料になります。」
■その後、犯人は手続と称してATMの操作を指示してきますが、ATMで還付金は受け取れません。
★在宅時の留守番電話設定やナンバーディスプレイの導入で知らない電話には出ないことが効果的です。
★ATM利用時には、携帯電話片手にATMを操作する高齢者に声をかけ、被害防止にご協力願います。
★あなたのご家族（お父さん、お母さん、おじいさん、おばあさん）にも不審な電話がかかってくるかもしれません。被害に遭わないよう、注意喚起をお願いします。
