21日夜遅くにかけて、大雨が予想され、土砂災害の危険性が高まることから、自主避難所を午前7時30分から開設いたします。
開設する避難所は、
村上地域（村上・山辺里・上海府）は、村上体育館、村上農村環境改善センター、上海府体育館（旧上海府小学校）、
荒川地域は、荒川地区公民館、
神林地域は、神林農村環境改善センター、
朝日地域は、朝日保健センターです。
山北地域の、さんぽく会館については、引き続き開設しています。
土砂災害の危険性がある場所にお住いの方や、危険を感じた方は、早めに安全な場所への避難をお願いします。
なお、避難の際には、食料や毛布、薬など、必要なものを持参してください。
