King County is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified organizations to conduct a mixed methods evaluation with Best Starts for Kids. 

We strongly encourage anyone interested in submitting a proposal to attend the pre-proposal conference to learn more on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, 2:30 pm, Pacific Time.
