内容は、
「・７月に要介護３以上の人しか入れない老人ホームができるが、長岡市に住んでいる人が入所するため、三条市に住んでいるあなたの名義を貸してほしい。
・県央基幹病院のケアホームに入るのに、希望者が多いため、三条市に住んでいるあなたの名義を貸してほしい。」
といったもので、その後、「あとで保険会社から連絡がいく。」などと説明し、後日、警察や弁護士を名乗る別の犯人から、「名義貸しは違法である。」などと示談金の名目で請求してくる特殊詐欺の１つです。
犯人は様々な手口で、あなたのお金をだまし取ろうとしてきます。
少しでもおかしいと思ったら、警察に相談してください。
【防犯ポイント】
○ 電話口で「有料老人ホームに優先的に入居できる」、「権利を譲ってほしい」、「名義を貸して」などと説明されたら、詐欺を疑いましょう。
○ 防犯機能付き電話を活用したり、在宅であっても留守番電話に設定するなどの対策をお願いします。
○ 対処に困った時は、一人で悩まず、まずは家族や警察に相談してください。
