草津市内一般住宅
【発生状況】
自宅に「８８８０１９８１３６３」の番号から電話があった。
テープのような声で「１０月１日になると、健康保険証が使えなくなるので手続きしてください。」と言われた。
会話の途中で、自動音声のような形で、○○の方は１番、○○の方は２番というような案内が流れたので、不審に思い電話を切断した。

草津市役所から、このような内容の連絡をすることはありません。
電話があった場合は、詐欺事案として、直ちに警察へ通報し、被害防止に努めてください。
