If you press 1 as instructed by the automated voice, you will be connected to a criminal （ woman ） pretending to be an operator, who will ask you for personal information such as
name, address, date of birth, cell phone number, account number
etc.
Then, you can expect to be defrauded in various ways, such as being asked to transfer money from an ATM or to purchase an electronic money card.
Try to ignore any billing that you do not remember.
