この時期は体が暑さに慣れていないことから、熱中症発症リスクが非常に高いため十分注意しましょう。
高齢者等では、安静時にも熱中症になる危険性があります。
気温の上がる時間帯はなるべく外出を控え、外出する際は炎天下を避け、室温の上昇に注意するなど、熱中症に注意しましょう。
【熱中症予防の３つの備え】
１．上手にエアコンを使い、こまめな換気と水分補給を忘れずに
２．外出は暑い日を避けて、日傘・帽子と涼しい服装を
３．めまい・立ちくらみは熱中症のサイン。受診するか迷ったら＃７１１９へ相談を
