②慢性疾患や痛みがある場合は、ご自身の責任と判断でレッスンにご参加下さい。
③香水を使用してのご参加はお控え下さい。

三密を避けるため、下記対応を取らせていただきます。
①密閉→堂内窓開
②密集→最大定員を半分以下に下げる
③密接での会話→マスクなしでの私語厳禁（マウスシールド禁止）
