Roommate

There are 4 rooms. （ Large room ： Room 4 ） Utilities included, A/C ＄ 1200

This room is on the second floor.　The American master and his son live on the first floor.



There is a bunk bed, but we are only looking for a single person

You can use the direct entrance to the second floor. The bathroom is shared with the people who live in the room upstairs. （ My husband's son uses one bathroom ）


The deposit is 1 month rent. If there is nothing to fix, it will be refunded when you move out minus $ 75 for cleaning.
There is a small refrigerator and coffee maker on the second floor, but you can also use the kitchen and all kitchen utensils on the first floor.
No curfew, but no drugs. You can smoke outside the house.　You may invite your friends over occasionally, but no overnights.

Townhomes are located in a gated community. There is gate security at the gate for your peace of mind.
Security is on the prowl at night with golf carts.　There are tennis courts and a pool in the community.

Golden Retriever is on the first floor. Please do not come if you do not like dogs.

Furnished, so please do not bring any furniture.　Basically, we are looking for someone who can stay for a year or longer, but short term is also OK if you can find someone to live next to you.
Parking space is available, but only for those who will stay more than 1 year.

徒歩圏内にハイキングトレイルもあります
