市では、都市計画マスタープランの高度化版にあたる立地適正化計画の改定を進めています。
本計画は、商業、医療、福祉等の民間施設を含めた生活サービス機能や居住等を計画的に誘導するとともに、公共交通の充実により、生活サービス機能へアクセスしやすい環境を整えることで、「コンパクト・プラス・ネットワーク」型のまちづくりを目指すことを目的として策定しました。
今回の改定は、計画策定から５年が経過するため、計画の評価（誘導施策やまちづくりの評価指標に関するフォローアップ）や、災害リスクを踏まえた都市防災に関する「防災指針」を追記することで、安心・安全なまちづくりを目指す内容となります。
この度、石岡市立地適正化計画（素案）を取りまとめましたので、市民の皆様からの御意見を伺うため、パブリックコメントを募集しています。
〇素案に対する意見募集期間
令和6年1月29日(月)から令和6年2月9日(金)まで
〇意見提出先
・都市計画課（石岡市役所2階)
・支所総務課（石岡市八郷総合支所複合施設1階）
〇意見を提出できる方
市内在住、市内に通学・通勤している方等
