Free Disposal Day for Santa Clara Residents

On Saturday, October 19, City of Santa Clara residents can participate in Free Disposal Day. This is the perfect opportunity to dispose of appliances and e-waste items, as well as mattresses, furniture, and other bulky items. Appointments *are required*, and availability is limited. Hazardous waste (e.g. paints, fluorescent bulbs, chemical cleaners and pesticides, etc.), automotive parts, pressure treated wood and putrescible waste are not accepted.

Call MTWS at 408-727-5365 between October 7-October 18 to make an appointment and for details on location, load size limits and accepted materials. *Proof of residency (utility bill or driver’s license) is required*.
