参 加 費：会員１００円、非会員３００円

備 考：マットをバスタオル等で代用される方は、手首足首を痛めてしまう恐れがありますので、ご了承の上、ご参加ください。
※駐車場をご利用の方は、市営駐車場(木更津駅前西口駐車場：中央１-１-１)をご利用ください。公民館にて、無料駐車券をお渡しいたします。
申込方法：公式サイト内の行事参加申し込みフォーム、電話、ＦＡＸ、Ｅメールなどで事務局へお申込みください。
なお、電話以外の方法で申し込むときは、「英語ヨガレッスン参加希望、氏名(ふりがな)、電話番号」を明記してください。
また新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止のため、参加申込をされる際は、以下の「参加されるにあたり留意していただく事項」を必ずご確認いただいてからご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。
参加されるにあたり留意していただく事項：
・当日申込受付不可(必ず事前に申し込みください)。
・来館前に検温(37.5℃未満であることを確認)。
・過去２週間以内に、ご自身やご家族に37.5℃以上の発熱があった方は参加不可。
・当日発熱や風邪症状のある人は参加不可。
・マスク着用。
・手洗い、手指消毒を徹底。
・社会的距離を保つ。
・近距離での会話、大声や身体的接触は不可。
・水分補給以外の飲食は不可。
・参加後に感染が確認された場合は、KIFA事務局まで連絡。
◆新型コロナウイルス感染状況等に応じて、延期・中止の可能性もあります。
◆会員とは、KIFAに入会申し込みをし、名前を登録してある本人を指します。
◆イベントの参加キャンセルは、当日１７：１５までは事務局へ、それ以降は当日会場へご連絡ください。
