The owners of the house are an elderly gay ・ couple.

One room （ bedroom ） in a quiet house will be available next Jan 1.
Located in the popular Silverlake neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles, halfway between Hollywood and Downtown LA.
Conveniently located near the 101 freeway and bus stop. ！

My other roommate is a Japanese woman, with whom I will be sharing a bathroom ・ so I would prefer a woman if possible. （ Owner will use another bath ・ toilet ）

Brief description ：

* The third bedroom is vacant and we are looking for someone to live in this room.
* WiFi available
* Basic furniture in the room, but can be emptied if you already have your own furniture.
* Bath ・ You will share the bathroom with another roommate. There is no bathtub.
* You can also use the kitchen （ Shared by everyone ）.
* Washing machine ・ Dryer available （ Shared by all ）.
* Normal parking is on the street, but relatively easy.
