Roommate

Looking for some living arrangement in orange county area

I am a 27 year old office worker, and am looking to move in the coming months. I've lived with family most of my life up to now, but am looking to live with another person. I would choose to live on my own, but rent is very expensive, so I would like to room share.

About me:
- 27 years old
- Female
- No smoking
- Sometimes drink
- I don't own pets (I'm not against them though)
- I tend to stay home, but have recently been going out more.
- I can speak Japanese, and use it regularly in my job

Preferences:
- Somewhere cheaper, but willing to compromise price for a safe location
- Communication, I want someone who tells me what they need or what they think
- Clearly defined rules

[Neighborhood / Transportation]

I own my own car, so I don't need to be near a bus stop. Anywhere closer to irvine, santa ana, or lake forest would be good.
