Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer are shared with housemate.
Utilities and wireless WIFI are not included in the rent. You will have to split the cost with your house mates.
The number of tenants is limited to one adult.
No pets, smoking, drugs, parties, extended guest visits, guest overnight stays, or charging of hybrid or electric vehicles.
We prefer quiet and clean people.
Short term is acceptable.

Formerly occupied by students from Cal State LA, KC Salon, Art Center, USC, PCC.

Alhambra Park is a minute walk away and has tennis and basketball courts.
Conveniently located for walking and jogging.
