12月12日（木）名東区内の複数のご家庭の固定電話に自動音声ガイダンスで「総務省です。この電話は2時間後に使用できなくなります。1番を押してください」などとアナウンスが流れる詐欺の電話がかかりました。また昨日は警察官を名乗る詐欺の電話が複数かかるなど、名東区内では連日詐欺の電話がかかっています。
■対策
・電話で公的機関や警察官を名乗ってもすぐに信用せず、一旦電話を切って代表電話にかけ直して確認しましょう。
・犯人と直接会話をしないよう、自宅の固定電話を【常時留守番電話設定にする】【被害防止機能付き電話機に変更する】などの対策をしましょう。
・国際電話番号を使った詐欺の電話が多くかかっています。固定電話で海外との通話が不要な方は無償で休止することができます。詳しくは【国際電話不取扱受付センター】か、名東警察署生活安全課までお問合せください。
