■状況
7月22日(月)午前9時15分頃、昭和区紅梅町地内の高齢者方に、昭和区役所を名乗る者から、「医療費の還付金に関する資料を先日郵送した」「還付金の手続きが6月30日までなので、今日中に手続きをして欲しい」「手続きには、通帳と印鑑、キャッシュカードが必要」等と還付金詐欺の前兆電話がありました。
■対策
〇電話でお金の話をされたら「詐欺」です!!
〇犯人と直接会話をしないように、自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしておきましょう。
〇電話の相手に録音する旨を伝える被害防止機能付き電話の導入を検討しましょう。
