Request for Precise Plan Text Amendments to the San Antonio Precise Plan; a Master Plan; a Planned Community Permit and Development Review Permit for a new seven-story 182,352 square foot commercial building with 150,000 square feet of Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) as part of the Los Alto School District TDR Program; a Provisional Use Permit to allow an office use; a Heritage Tree Removal Permit to remove five Heritage trees on a 0.99-acre project site; a Development Agreement; and an Addendum to the previously-certified San Antonio Precise Plan (P-40) Final Environmental Impact Report pursuant to Sections 15162, 15164 and 15168 of the California Environmental Quality Act. This project is located on the southeast corner of San Antonio Road and California Street in the P-40 (San Antonio) Precise Plan. This project was heard and recommendations to the City Council to approve the project were rendered at the March 23, 2022 Administrative Zoning hearing (on the DA) and April 22, 2022 Environmental Planning Commission hearing (7-0 vote), respectively.
