12月19日午前8時20分頃、藤沢市辻堂西海岸先路上で、外出中の女性が、下半身を出している男を目撃する事案が発生しました。
男の特徴は、年齢２０〜３５歳位、身長１６５〜１７０センチメートル位、体格中肉、黒髪、灰色ジャンパー、長ズボンの男です。
