City Ventures is exploring a development to construct an approximate 148 for-sale solar, all electric units including podium style and traditional townhomes with one and two-car garages in addition to ADUs. The project includes open spaces and a 15% on-site affordable housing component. The 3.78 ac site is located at APN 230-05-021 (1400 Coleman Avenue). City Ventures is hosting an open house to take place at 1303 Fremont Street in the Senior Center Community Room, for light refreshments & an open dialogue discussion.
