詐欺の犯人は、様々な電話番号で電話をかけてきます。
そのため【電話帳に登録されていない、見覚えのない電話番号】から着信した電話に出ないことで、詐欺の犯人と会話するリスクが減らせます！
普段から連絡をする必要がある人は電話帳に登録していただき、知らない電話番号からの電話に出ないように注意してください。
【電気通信事業者を装う詐欺の例】

内閣サイバーセキュリティーセンター
〇詐欺のシナリオの特徴
・「電話料金が未納となっている。詳しくは●番を押してください」等の音声ガイダンスを利用する
・「〇〇というサイトの料金が未納となっている。本日中に支払いをしないと裁判になる」等と言って、支払いを要求する
・支払いを躊躇すると「身に覚えがなければ、９５％返金される」等と言って、「裁判になるなら支払ってしまおう」と思わせる
・１度でも支払いに応じてしまうと「個人情報保護センター」「サイバーセキュリティーセンター」等を装い「ほかのサービスでも未納料金がある」とさらに支払いを要求する
・「勝手に登録されたのは、携帯電話がウイルスに感染していた。あなたが原因で被害者が多数でている。保証をするためには保険に入らなければならない」などと言って、高額な保険料金の支払いを要求する
【被害に遭わないためのポイント】
〇防犯機能付き電話機や、特殊詐欺電話対策装置の設置
〇ナンバーディスプレイ、ナンバーリクエストの活用
〇国際電話の利用休止
〇電話帳登録以外の番号を着信拒否設定（※携帯電話でも設定可能）
