足立区の給食のおいしさの秘密を様々な角度から紹介するとともに、在校の児童生徒はもちろん、卒業生からも人気のメニューを集めました。
また、保護者の皆様からお問合せの多い各種ドレッシングのレシピなど、魅力満載の一冊。
12月13日（金曜日）に株式会社主婦の友社から発売されます。
タイトルは「東京・足立区のおいしい給食レシピ」。
定価は1,700円（税込）です。
発売後には区立図書館や区立小中学校の図書室にも配架しますので、どうぞ手にとってご覧ください（気に入っていただけたら、ぜひお買い求めもお願いします）。
給食本第1弾は平成23年に発行され、約7万部を売り上げました。
今回は、新しい給食メニューが加わったことや、セブン-イレブンさんとのコラボによる「えびクリームライス」販売などの話題もあったことから、区担当者が出版社と交渉し、発行へと繋がりました。
ちなみに、校正原稿を見た際「フルーツパンチ」とあるのを見て、「フルーツポンチ」の誤りでは？ と思わず担当者に確認をとってしまった私。
サイダー入りのフルールポンチをパンチということを初めて知った次第。
読むだけで、給食の「今」が実感できます。
皆様の在学当時からの変化に、きっと驚かれることと思います。
