■状況
7月8日(月)午後2時50分頃、緑区内の一般宅に、「総合通信基盤局」を名乗る自動音声ガイダンスで「すべての携帯電話番号が2時間以内に利用できなくなる。詳細は1番を押してください。」とのメッセージが流れる電話がありました。
これは、メッセージに従うと詐欺の犯人につながり、犯人が会話の中で収集した個人情報を利用してお金等をだまし取る詐欺の手口と考えられます。
■対策
・自動音声ガイダンスを利用した特殊詐欺の前兆電話が急増しています。
・電話で個人情報を聞かれたときは、詐欺を疑ってください。
・自宅の固定電話を常に留守番電話設定にしたり、迷惑電話防止装置を取り付け
たりしましょう！
・一人で判断せず、警察や家族に相談しましょう！
