■状況
12月13日(金)みよし市在住の方の携帯電話に通信会社をかたり「ご利用料金の件で確認したいことがあります。」とメールがあり、指定された電話番号に連絡をしたところ、「有料サイトの料金が未払いになっています。後から返金するのでお金を振り込んでください。」などと言われ、ATMから指定された口座に現金を振り込み、だまし取られる被害が発生しました。
■対策
・通信会社や警察官をかたる詐欺の電話やメールが増加しています。
・非通知や知らない電話番号からの着信には出ないようにしましょう。
・電話やメールで、身に覚えのない未納料金の話があれば、詐欺を疑い、一人で判断せず、まずは家族や周囲の人に相談してください。
