さて、今年度の健診を受診していない方、集団健診の受診を逃してしまった方へご案内です。
個別（医療機関）健診は、令和７年２月末まで実施しております。
この機会にぜひ受診いただき、自分の身体の健康状態をチェックしましょう。
受診可能な項目
【基本健診】
・４０歳以上の国民健康保険加入者または後期高齢者医療制度加入者のみ
・社会保険加入者（被扶養者含む）は対象外となります
【子宮がん検診】
・２０歳以上の女性のみ
・受診歴によっては対象外となる場合があります。
【乳がん検診】
・３０歳以上の女性のみ
申込方法
（１）市健康政策課へお電話ください

（２）お申込みいただいた方へ専用の受診票を郵送いたします。
（３）受診票が届きましたら、ご希望の医療機関へ予約のお電話をお願いいたします。
詳細は、令和６年２月に送付しました「健診の手引き」、市HPをご覧いただくか、市健康政策課までお問い合わせください。
