■内容
200ｇのしゃもじ型の「パドル」という体操器具を使用して、音楽に合わせて身体を動かします。「パドル」は軽くて柔らかくて弾力性があるので、どなたでも無理なく楽しみながらできます。
転倒予防、生活習慣病予防、肩こり、腰痛予防、日頃の運動不足やストレス解消に最適な体操です。
