それに合わせて水道課では、１１月２日の午前10時〜午後3時まで図書館横の駐車場にて給水車の展示と非常用給水袋の配布（先着500個）を行います。ぜひお越しください。
大規模災害時には市内の広範囲で水道の断水が発生する可能性があります。１人あたり１日３リットルの飲料水が必要と言われており、発災から２〜３日間は備蓄水等で補いますが、その後断水が解除されるまでは、市が所有する給水車や他の自治体から応援で来る給水車等で飲料水を給水する日々が想定されます。その際に必要となる給水袋やポリタンクなどを日ごろから準備することをおすすめします。
また、広範囲で断水が発生した場合、復旧に時間を要することから、生活用水（トイレ用に流す水など）の確保としてお風呂の水を残しておくなどの対策についてもご検討ください。
