The Community Redevelopment team is looking for a Development Manager (https://jobapscloud.com/Tampa/sup/bulpreview.asp?R1=211005&R2=230600&R3=001) over the Downtown, Channel District, Tampa Heights, and Central Park Community Redevelopment Areas (CRAs). This position will be responsible for the management of the four CRA Districts to establish and maintain budgets, oversee CRA-funded capital improvements, and develop City of Tampa initiatives to promote private investment in the CRAs.
