水漏れの点検業者と称して訪問をし、その後点検の代金を支払ったところおつりを持ち去られる事案が報告されています。
同様の事案が複数見受けられるため、お気を付けください。
■相談事例
水漏れの点検を行う業者と称して自宅に訪問があった。自宅に招き入れ点検をしてもらったところ、点検料として15,000円を請求されたため20,000円を支払った。業者はおつりを後で持ってくると言ったが、それ以来戻ってこなかった。

訪問による点検を持ち掛けられた場合には、その場で安易に点検をさせないようにしましょう。
カメラ機能がついていないインターホンを取り付けている家が狙われている傾向にあります。該当する家にお住まいの方は特にお気を付けください。
