■状況
3月8日豊田市内の高齢者宅に、年金事務所をかたり「年金の払戻しがあります。書類は届いていませんか。この後銀行から連絡が入ります。」という電話がありました。その後、銀行のコールセンターをかたり「今からATMへ行ってください。駐車場に着いたら連絡をください。」という電話もかかってきています。
この手口はATMに誘導後、携帯電話でATMの操作を指示し、相手の言うとおり操作を続けるとお金を送金させられるものです。
■対策
・「年金の払戻し」、「還付金」、「ATM」、「キャッシュカード」などの話が電話であった場合は、電話を切って家族や警察に相談をしましょう。
・常時留守番電話設定にしたり、迷惑電話防止機能付き電話機を活用して、犯人と直接会話をしない対策をしましょう。
・携帯電話で通話しながらATMを操作している方を見かけた際は、サギの被害に遭っている可能性がありますので声かけとともに警察に通報をお願いします。
