Crime Prevention Information from Kamagaya City Hall Safety Division.

We will still be distributing free of charge, telephone de fraud countermeasure devices.

Why don't you use the countermeasure equipment installed on your landline phone to prevent phone de scams such as Oreore scams and refund scams calling your home.
The city distributes the countermeasure devices free of charge to residents 65 years of age or older living in the city.
（ This service is available to those who have not received it in the fiscal year 2023 or later. up to one per household. ）
To apply, please send a postcard to the city or apply using the dedicated form on the city website. Applications are also accepted at the counter of the Safety Section on the 1st floor of City Hall.
Installation is very simple, just fix the countermeasure device on top of the receiver with tape. If you have not yet applied, please take advantage of this service.
Application deadline: February 28, 2025 （ Friday ）
（ Note ） Applications may be closed when the number of applications reaches the planned distribution number.
