・気温が著しく高くなることにより熱中症による健康被害が生じるおそれがあるので、暑さから身を守りましょう！
・室内等のエアコン等により涼しい環境で過ごしましょう！
・こまめな休憩や水分補給・塩分補給をしましょう！
・高齢者、乳幼児は熱中症にかかりやすいので特に注意し、周囲の方は声かけをしましょう！
