市の職員等が、医療費、税金や年金の返還で個別に電話をし、銀行名、口座番号、携帯電話番号等を聞くことは絶対にありません。それは詐欺です。
また、電話で「ATM」というキーワードが出たらすべて詐欺です。
〈前兆電話の特徴〉
◆伊勢原市役所の職員や銀行職員等をかたって、現金やキャッシュカードを騙し取ろうとする。
◆「払い過ぎた税金があります」「還付金として2万円あります」などと言ってATMに誘い出す。
犯人はお金を騙し取るために、いろいろな手口で何回も電話をしてきます。
犯人は留守番電話を嫌います。固定電話は常時留守番電話に設定するとともに、不審な電話がありましたら、必ず家族や警察署に相談してください。
携帯電話で通話しながらATMを操作している人を見かけたら、声をかけるか警察署に連絡してください。
