～電話で医療費等の還付金を誘う手口に注意！～
9月4日午後2時30分頃、中区内にお住まいの男性の自宅電話に、中区役所健康福祉課を名乗り「6月中に還付金の通知書を郵送したが届いているか」「医療費控除の還付金3年分を一括で還付します」等と非通知で電話があり、その後、銀行員を名乗る者から「還付金を受け取るために身分証明書と預金通帳を持って銀行に来てほしい」等との不審な電話がありました。
男性は区役所からの電話が非通知の表示になっていること等に不審に思い、相手の要求には応じなかったことから、被害に遭うことはありませんでした。
■対策
・「還付金がある」「還付金を受け取るためにお金を振り込んで欲しい」等のお金のキーワードが電話で出てきたら詐欺です。絶対に相手の要求には応じず、電話を切って警察等に相談して下さい。
・迷惑電話防止機能付き電話機や留守番電話機能を活用し、身に覚えのない電話番号や非通知の着信からの電話には出ないようにしましょう。
