前線を伴った低気圧が九州の西にあって東北東へ進み、前線が西日本にのびています。前線上に発生した別の低気圧が２日日中に、近畿地方を通過する見込みです。前線や低気圧に向かって、台風第２１号を起源とする、上空の気温が平年より１０度程度高い暖かく湿った空気が流れ込むため、京都府では大気の状態が非常に不安定となるでしょう。
京都府では、２日昼前から夕方にかけて、警報級の大雨となる見込みです。

京都府では、２日昼前から昼過ぎにかけて局地的に雷を伴って非常に激しい雨が降る見込みです。
