先週、県警に寄せられた特殊詐欺に関する相談は、
〇 大手電気通信事業者を名乗る音声ガイダンスの電話
※電気通信事業者の例：ＮＴＴ（ドコモ）、ＫＤＤＩ（ａｕ）、ソフトバンク等
が数多く寄せられました。
この詐欺の特徴について説明しますので、だまされないように注意してください！
【電気通信事業者を名乗る音声ガイダンスの例】
固定電話に「電話料金の未納が発生しています。２時間後に電話が停止されます。詳細は〇番（ダイヤルボタン）を押してください」等と音声ガイダンスの電話がかかってきます。
ガイダンスに従い、ダイヤルボタンを押してしまうと、詐欺の犯人に電話がつながり
〇あなたの名義で携帯電話が契約されています
〇その携帯電話から詐欺のメールが送られたり、電話が架かっています
〇不正に契約されているので警察に届け出てください
〇この電話を警察につなぎます
等と言われ、警察官役の詐欺の犯人に電話がつながり、だまされてしまいます。
【被害に遭わないために】
詐欺の犯人は、音声ガイダンスを利用して電話をかけ、『ダイヤルボタンを押す人』を待っています。
ダイヤルボタンを押してしまうと、だましのプロが待ち構えていますので、音声ガイダンスの指示には従わずに、電話を切ってください。
※音声ガイダンスの指示に従ってダイヤルボタンを押す行為が、犯人から「だましやすい人」と判断される危険性がありますので、注意してください。
群馬県警のホームページに、実際にかかってきた音声ガイダンスを公開していますので、確認していただき被害に遭わないように注意してください。
