Dear Manhattan Beach Community,

We have some exciting news to share! Since the start of the Lot 3 project, the City of Manhattan Beach has been working diligently to create temporary solutions to accommodate the parking spaces lost during this disruption. Thanks to the hard work of our Traffic and Public Works teams, we are thrilled to announce that  58 new parking spaces will become available in Downtown Manhattan Beach in the next few weeks!

?? Valley Drive (17th Street and 18th Street) 
➕ 14 New Parking Spaces

?? Valley Drive (18th Street to 20th Street) 
➕ 21 New Parking Spaces 

?? Manhattan Avenue (14th Street to 15th Street) 
➕ 3 New Parking Spaces

?? Manhattan Avenue (11th Street to Manhattan Beach Boulevard) 
➕ 4 New Parking Spaces

?? Manhattan Avenue (North of Manhattan Beach Boulevard) 
➕ 3 New Parking Spaces

?? Manhattan Avenue (10th Street to 11th Street) 
➕ 1 New Parking Space

?? Parking Lot 1 (Bayview Drive at 10th Street) 
➕ 4 New Parking Spaces

?? Manhattan Beach Blvd. (East of Morningside Drive) 
➕ 1 New Parking Space

?? Parking Lot 7 (Valley Drive South of Manhattan Beach Boulevard)
