■状況
9月2日(月)午後1時30分頃、昭和区御器所一丁目の居住者方に、昭和区役所健康保険課の「ニシ」を名乗る者から、「6月3日に医療給付金の封書が届いていると思いますが、その返事がきていません。８月31日が締切ですが、まだ間に合います。」等と電話があった後、続けて、金融機関の職員を名乗る者から電話があり、「今から昭和区高辻にある無人ATMに行ってください。あなたの携帯電話番号を教えてください。」等と還付金詐欺の前兆電話がありました。
■対策
〇電話でお金の話をされたら「詐欺」です!!
〇犯人と直接会話をしないように、自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしておきましょう。
〇電話の相手に録音する旨を伝える被害防止機能付き電話の導入を検討しましょう。
