【50歳以上の方】帯状疱疹ワクチン接種費用の一部を助成しています
助成期間：7月1日（月）〜令和7年3月31日（月）
対象者：以下の全てに該当する方
（１）接種日当日に市内に在住している50歳以上の方
（２）過去に羽村市または他の市区町村から帯状疱疹予防接種費用の助成を受けていない方
助成額：ワクチンの種類ごとに１回につき下記の金額を上限に助成
生ワクチン：4,000円
不活化ワクチン：10,000円（不活化ワクチンは2回まで助成）
実施場所：市内協力医療機関21か所
※令和6年4月〜6月に全額自費で接種を受けた方に対して助成相当額を支給（払い戻し）します（要申請）。申請方法など詳しくは市公式サイトをご確認ください。
